Commission
This is an example schedule. Your own rates, your payout day and your minimum are the ones in your contract, and they are what the portal pays. Where this page and your contract differ, your contract governs.
Revenue share on the net rake and fees your players generate, by tier. Your tier is set each month by the number of new first-time depositors you referred that month, and it applies to all your players' revenue that month, not only the new ones.
| New depositors in the month | Revenue share |
|---|---|
| 1–5 | 25% |
| 6–15 | 30% |
| 16–40 | 35% |
| 41+ | 40% |
CPA and hybrid (reduced revenue share plus a fixed amount per qualified depositor) are available on request for partners with proven volume.
Sub-affiliates: a share of the commission earned by partners you refer, where your contract includes one.
What is different here
- Published tiers. Everyone starting on the example schedule sees the same table.
- Negative carry-over is a term of your contract, not of this page. Some contracts carry a negative month forward against the next; some do not. Yours says which.
- Paid in crypto to your verified payout address, on the day and above the minimum your contract sets.
- Lifetime attribution. A referred player is yours for as long as the account exists. Attribution is written at registration. Changing it afterwards needs a staff permission granted for that purpose, and the change is recorded in the audit log with the reason for it.
- 30-day cookie, first-party and signed: a click gives you the registration for 30 days. An explicit code typed at sign-up always wins over a cookie.
Deductions
Your contract chooses the revenue basis and each cost deducted before your percentage is applied. Gross starts with attributable rake; net starts after the platform share. Either deal can include or exclude player rakeback, released bonuses and referral rewards, freeroll or race prizes, processing fees, chargebacks, confirmed fraud losses and gaming taxes.
Selected room-funded rakeback is recognized when earned and bonuses when released. Other selected costs require an affiliate-specific cost record. Rewards funded from the affiliate's own earnings are not deducted again. Statements show the revenue basis, recorded costs and carryover by contract version. Player performance is pseudonymised; commission calculated for the month is shown on the monthly statement.
Tournament fees are rake. When a tournament finishes, what it took in entries less the prize pool it paid out, never less than zero, is its rake, shared among its entrants in proportion to what each paid and counted in the month the event finished, like the rake of a hand. Refunded entries and play-chip events count for nothing.
Tracking and reporting
The partner portal shows clicks, registrations, first deposits, active players, contributed rake, commission and payout status. Every report can be exported as CSV. Player identities are pseudonymous in the portal: you see labels and revenue, not names.
Rules
- No private rakeback, rake races or cashback offers to your players outside the promotions Riverline publishes. This keeps every partner's players from being poached; a partner found doing it forfeits the commission on those players.
- No bidding on the Riverline brand or its operator skins' brands in paid search.
- No incentivised or self-referred registrations, and no traffic from jurisdictions the room does not accept players from; they are listed under Where you can play.
- No misleading claims about bonuses, licensing or odds.
- Responsible-gaming messaging and 18+ marks must appear where you promote Riverline.
Breaches are reviewed by a person; you are told the finding and can respond before commission is withheld.
Holds, clawback and your responsibility
These rules apply alongside your contract; where your contract says more, it governs.
- Commission may be withheld while a player, a traffic source or your account is under review for fraud, linked accounts or a breach of these rules.
- Commission already paid on players later found to be fraudulent or linked, or on deposits later reversed, recalled or charged back, may be recovered by deduction from later payments or, where there are none, from you.
- You are responsible for your marketing complying with the law of every place where it is shown, including advertising, gambling-promotion and data-protection law, and you indemnify the operator and Riverline against claims, fines and costs arising from it.
- The operator may suspend or end the programme, or your participation in it, on the notice your contract sets, or at once for a material breach. Commission properly earned before the end is paid under your contract.
Getting started
Apply in the portal. You will need a verified payout address, and identity and tax information for the place you are paid in once your cumulative commission is large enough for the law there to require it. Contracts are versioned and effective-dated; a change to your terms never rewrites a statement already issued.
Questions go through the Help page. Choose Something else and say that you are writing about the partner programme.
